Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund* Customer is responsible for return shipping and/or insurance costs. We require an Return Authorization, so contact us before sending anything back.

*Excludes agricultural vacuums; refund subject to condition of returned product.

Backorder Policy
While we normally ship same day or next day, if a product is not in stock you will be notified of the approximate delivery time.

Shipping Policies
Orders will be shipped same day or next day via UPS. We must have a street address; we cannot ship to a P.O. box. For use of other methods of shipping- if you have your own carrier, for example, please contact us directly so that we can insure speedy delivery of your order.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please inspect your package for damage prior to accepting delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please make note on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged contact us immediately for a replacement of product or parts.
